1. Eligibility and Website Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

2. Products and Product Information

Nu Pet Supplies offers pet supplies and related products, including items for feeding, walking, grooming, play, comfort, travel, training, and everyday pet care. We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, materials or ingredients where applicable, sizes, quantities, images, colors, pricing, and availability information.

Product packaging, colors, appearance, materials, labeling, or other details may occasionally change. Colors displayed on your device may vary because of screen, lighting, and device settings. Product images are provided for presentation and informational purposes and may not always perfectly represent the physical product.

3. Product Suitability and Individual Pet Differences

Pets differ by species, breed, size, age, temperament, activity level, health needs, preferences, and behavior. A product that is appropriate for one pet may not be appropriate for another. Customer reviews, photographs, testimonials, or individual experiences do not guarantee that another pet or customer will have the same experience.

You are responsible for selecting products that are appropriate for your pet and household and for following product-specific instructions, warnings, sizing information, and supervision recommendations.

4. Product Use and Pet Safety

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, materials or ingredients, warnings, sizing information, and directions before use. Inspect products before and during use and discontinue use of any item that becomes damaged, excessively worn, broken, or otherwise unsafe.

Where supervision is recommended, do not leave a pet unattended with the product. Keep small parts, packaging, cords, and other potential hazards away from pets and children as appropriate.

Our website content is provided for general product and pet-care information and is not veterinary or medical advice. If you have concerns about a pet’s health, allergies, sensitivities, diet, or reaction to a product, consult an appropriately qualified veterinarian or other professional.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted.

Where reasonably necessary, we may accept or decline an order, cancel an order, limit quantities, request additional information, verify billing, shipping, or payment details, or refuse transactions identified as potentially fraudulent or unauthorized. If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected, we will generally issue an applicable refund to the original payment method.

6. Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout. We make reasonable efforts to keep prices and product information accurate, but pricing, typographical, technical, or listing errors may occur. If an obvious error occurs, we may correct it and cancel or adjust affected orders where permitted by law.

Prices, promotions, discounts, availability, and special offers may change without prior notice. Taxes, shipping, and other applicable charges may be calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

7. Payments

Payment must be completed using a method available at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by independent third-party processors. By submitting payment information, you represent that the information is accurate, you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and you authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

We may use payment verification and fraud-prevention systems to protect customers and our business. Nu Pet Supplies generally does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Shipping estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Delays may occur due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, transportation disruptions, customs or governmental delays, natural disasters, or other unexpected events outside our reasonable control. Once a package is transferred to a carrier, delivery is also subject to that carrier’s terms and operating procedures.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for reviewing shipping details before submitting an order. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped. Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged items, and other post-purchase matters are governed by the Refund & Return Policy published on our website. Please review that policy before completing a purchase. Nothing in that policy or these Terms is intended to limit mandatory consumer rights that apply under law.

11. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, Nu Pet Supplies may offer discount codes, promotions, bundles, giveaways, sales, complimentary products, or other special offers. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, may be limited to one use per customer or household, may exclude certain products, may expire, have no cash value, and may be modified or discontinued where permitted by law.

We may cancel transactions involving fraudulent, unauthorized, or abusive use of promotions.

If you create a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information, providing accurate account information, restricting unauthorized access, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized activity. By voluntarily submitting content for public display, you grant Nu Pet Supplies and Nu Pet Supplies LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with our website, products, and marketing, subject to applicable law. You retain ownership of your original content.

20. Force Majeure

Nu Pet Supplies will not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fires, transportation interruptions, carrier disruptions, internet or infrastructure failures, government actions, labor interruptions, supply-chain disruptions, or public emergencies.
